  • Experience in negotiating and working with express delivery companies, foreign factories, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of budget management, forecasting and metrics.

Degree: College/University

Job Description :

  1. Receive goods from customers, enter into the software system to create orders, arrange goods ino warehouses in order, pack goods and deliver to international shipping units.
  2. Explain and advise customers on services as well as issues related to receiving and sending goods
  3. Coordinate with the Vietnamese operations team to handle issues arising related to goods
  4. Coordinate with the Vietnam Marketing team to provide and process information related to Digital Marketing campaigns as well as coordinate to process information on the Company’s Website Weso.vn and Dragonship.vn.
  5. Responsible for office management and office assets, handling issues arising related to the office (when something arises)
  6. Be responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company within the scope of its responsibilities.
  7. Implement periodic reporting according to the Company’s regulations and regulations and department requirements.
  8. Perform other related tasks as requested by direct management and the Company’s Board of Directors.

Degree: Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Business Management.

Job Description :

  1. Assist BOD in managing and operating the Representative office.
  2. Take full responsibility for daily activities at the Representative Office to BOD.
  3. Organize and oversee activities of departments at the Representative Office under Company regulations and standards.
  4. Make periodic/unscheduled control plans as required.
  5. Organize and oversee the overcoming risks or non-conformities arising during the operation of departments.
  6. Advise the Manager/Deputy Manager of departments on solutions to improve their operations, functions and tasks.
  7. Oversee the making reports and plans of departments at the Representative Office.
  8. Coordinate with BOD to advise on building and perfecting the vision and mission, concurrently planning for short-term and long-term goals.
  9. Control and use the human resources properly.
  10. Be responsible for reporting to BOD on all economic – financial – human resources operations as stipulated.
  11. Perform other tasks within the power, authority or authorized in writing as per BOD’s request.
